- Vendors: name, delivery address, and order details
- Stripe: payment processing
- Burq: delivery dispatch

5. SMS / Text Message Communications
Murqato sends transactional SMS notifications to vendors and staff who have explicitly opted in. Message types include new order alerts, order status updates, and order readiness notifications.
- Opt-in: Vendors provide their phone number and check a consent box during registration at vendor.murqato.com, or in the vendor dashboard under Settings > Notifications.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for help.
- Message frequency: Varies based on order volume. Typically 1–10 messages per day.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- No marketing SMS: We only send transactional order notifications. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
- Data sharing: We use Twilio to deliver SMS. Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- No third-party sharing: All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on order activity.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at hello@murqato.com.
