2. The Service
Murqato is a marketplace connecting customers with local grocery stores. We are not a grocery store ourselves. Vendors are independent businesses responsible for their products.
3. Orders
- Orders are fulfilled by independent vendors
- Delivery times are estimates
- Murqato collects payment on behalf of vendors and takes a 15% platform fee
- We use Stripe for secure payment processing
4. Refunds
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for refund requests
- Refunds are issued at our discretion based on vendor confirmation
- Email hello@murqato.com for all refund requests
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- Accuracy of product listings and prices
- Food safety and quality
- Timely order preparation
6. Prohibited Use
- Submit fraudulent orders
- Harass vendors or staff
- Violate any applicable laws
7. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration or in your account settings, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Murqato, including order notifications and order status updates.
- Message frequency varies based on order activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the platform.
- We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
8. Limitation of Liability
Murqato is not liable for vendor product quality, delivery delays, or any indirect damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
